Public Hearing - Proposed Kensington <br /> Square Annexation (continued open from <br /> 4/6/81 <br /> Report of City Manager 4/3/81 <br /> Mayor Biagi stated that the subject public hearing <br /> continued open from April 6, 1981 and invited anyone <br /> wished to do so to speak at this time.
