Councilman Leipzig commended Councilman Britschgi for his <br /> report on the proceedings of the recent meeting of the <br /> League of California Cities Committee on Revenue and <br /> Taxation. <br /> 2. Councilman Britschgi urged support for the Alameda County <br /> Mayors Conference Citizens Mobilization Program described <br /> in the City Manager's Report of April 10, 1981. There <br /> being no objection, Mayor Biagi referred the report to <br /> the Legislative Committee for consideration. <br /> (Memo 4/14/81) <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> M/S: Stangel/Rhodes to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of <br /> considering labor negotiations and to reconvene solely to adjourn. <br /> Carried unanimously by voice vote and Council adjourned to executive session at <br /> 9:35 p.m. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the City Council adjourned at <br /> 10:20 p.m. <br /> JACQUELINE C.
