It was suggested a <br /> joint meeting with the Commission be held for that purpose, or that <br /> the Commission could draft a procedure for consideration by Council <br /> following which a joint meeting could be held. <br /> HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> CONSENSUS: Mayor Biagi determined it to be the consensus of Council <br /> to add "and encourage development of new housing stock" to <br /> Objective 2.
