In reply to <br /> question, Mr. Milbourn acknowledged he had <br /> not brought the matter to the attention of <br /> the County. It was pointed out that while <br /> the County is responding to the City's <br /> request on behalf of the petitioners, that <br /> the County has jurisdiction over the <br /> intersection, and if results are not <br /> satisfactory, comment should be addressed to <br /> the County. <br /> CONSENSUS: Mayor Biagi determined it to be <br /> the consensus of Council to ask the County to <br /> take the corrective measures at the Jefferson <br /> Avenue/Lake View Way intersection described <br /> in the letter of the County Traffic Engineer <br /> of December 10, 1981.
