Waters) and asked that the Legislative <br /> Committee consider both bills. <br /> Councilman Bury requested that the Legislative Committee also consider the request for <br /> support in opposing AB 112 (Lockyer) received from the City of San Bernardino. <br /> Vice Mayor Stangel suggested the May 1981 report of COLAB (Coalition of Labor and <br /> Business in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties) regarding the 1981 Supreme Court <br /> Decision in Sierra Club v. City of Hayward relating to the Williamson Act be referred <br /> to the Legislative Committee. <br /> Vice Mayor Stangel, Chairman of the Legislative Committee, called the next meeting for <br /> 7:15 a.m., Tuesday, June 23, 1981 in the <br /> City Attorney's office.
