Public Hearing - Appeal by Wells Fargo Assistant City Manager Smith advised that <br /> Bank of Department of Public Works the subject public hearing should be <br /> Notice to Repair Sidewalk, 2080, 2088, continued because Council did not receive <br /> 2090 Broadway the related report. <br /> City Clerk Hildebrand said that Wells <br /> Fargo Bank was notified and their <br /> representative advised the Bank has no <br /> objection to the item being continued but <br /> asked that it be rescheduled for July 13 <br /> rather than July 6 for the Bank's <br /> convenience. <br /> CONSENSUS: Mayor Biagi determined it to <br /> be the consensus of Council to continue <br /> the subject public hearing until July 13, <br /> 1981. <br /> (NOTE: In response to the subsequent June <br /> 23, 1981 request of Wells Fargo Bank, the <br /> public hearing was continued to July 6.) <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 6/22/81 <br /> • <br /> • <br /> x i <br /> _ - <br />
