Turkington, Wells Fargo <br /> and 2090 Broadway Bank, 6/15/81 <br /> (continued unopened from 6/22/81) <br /> Mayor Biagi declared open 7:34 p.m. <br /> Affidavit of Publication of Notice of <br /> Hearing reported on file. <br /> Frank Hannig, attorney representing the <br /> Herman Mitchell Trust for Wells Fargo, <br /> objected to the assessment for sidewalk <br /> repair because the large amount of the <br /> assessment apparently covers problems <br /> caused by improper compaction or failure <br /> of a utility trench and should not be <br /> charged to the property owner and because <br /> there is a question as to whether more <br /> than the sidewalk of the property owner <br /> is involved. Mr. Hannig said he can <br /> understand the City's position with <br /> regard to setting a precedent, if the <br /> property owner is not required to <br /> maintain the sidewalk, but that an <br /> wag <br /> erorll <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 7/6/81 <br />
