Presentation of Plaque for Distinguished Mayor Biagi commended Lucina Wong for her <br /> Service to Lucina Wong, former member of service to the community as a member of the <br /> the Fair Oaks Community Center Advisory Fair Oaks Advisory Board from September 1976 <br /> Board until July 1981 and advised that since she was <br /> unable to be present, the Plaque will be <br /> presented to her later. <br /> 1.1 Amendment to Agenda Mayor Biagi introduced Gordon Gray, President <br /> of the Redwood City Senors Slow Pitch Softball <br /> Team. • <br /> Mr. Gray reported the success of senior men's <br /> softball team at a tournament held August 16, <br /> 1981 in Sacramento where several teams <br /> • <br /> competed and the Redwood City team won the <br /> tournament trophy.
