Presentation of Plaques for Distinguished Mayor Biagi presented a Plaque for Distin- <br /> Service to Anastacio "Andy" Cardona, guished Service to Anastacio "Andy" Cardona - <br /> former member of the Senior Citizens for his service on the Senior Citizens Advisory <br /> Advisory Conmittee, and to Fred A. Soderer, Committee and thanked him for his contributions <br /> former member of the Housing and Human to the work of the Committee. Mr. Cardona <br /> Concerns Committee and the Housing thanked Council for the Plaque, stating he is <br /> Rehabilitation Program Loan Committee appreciative of what is being done for seniors <br /> in the City. <br /> Mayor Biagi presented a Plaque to Fred Soderer <br /> in recognition of his extraordinary services <br /> to the Housing and Human Concerns Committee <br /> and the Housing Rehabilitation Program Loan <br /> Committee, observing that Mr. Soderer had <br /> already received a Plaque. for Distinguished <br /> Service for his contributions on the Planning <br /> Commission earlier. Mr. Soderer thanked <br /> • Council and said that he was grateful for the <br /> opportunity to serve the community in the <br /> housing programs. <br /> 2.
