__ E TASK 22—CACTRANS COORDINAT/ON This task is for Caltrans coordination,to be performed an an Frourly basis for the level of effort depicted in the budget spreadsheet. Examples of services under this task include meetings with Caltrans staff and/or other correspondence with Caltrans. TASK 13—9596 PLANS,SFECIFICATIONS,ESTIMATE AND fORM B Consultant will update the plans, specifications,estimate and Form B following the receipt of comments from the City and utility companies. The 95%plans will include the jointtreneh details and utility profile labels, Also the 9596 specifications wiU include deletions and edits to standard technical speci�cations sections, and will add in the measurement and payment clauses. The Form B wiil be revised to match the 95% plans, alan�with the qua�titles and items updated an the 9596 cost estimate, The budget for this project assumes there are no significant changes by the utility companies or Gity after the 65% desi�n. The 95% su6mittal will be 7 half-size sets of plans, 3 full-size sets of plans, 10 specifications, 1U cost estimates,and 10 Form Bs. Submittal will also include PDF copies of all documents. TASK 14—QUAUTY CQNTROL PLAN REVIEW Consultant will retain outside licensed engineer �defined as a qualified engineer who is not part of the design team)to review the plans,speei�cations and estimate. Outside plan checker will meet with the design team to review comments. Comments from the outside reviewer will be incorporated into the plan set. TASK IS—100%PLANS,SPECIfICATlQNS,ESTIMATFAND FORM 8 Consuftant will update the plans, specifications, estimate and Form B to include comments from the City, utility companies, and revisions from the outside plan reuiew. The 100%submittal will be 7 half- size sets of plans, 3 full-size sets of plans, 10 specifications, 10 cost esfiimates, and 10 Form Bs. Submittal will also include PDF copies and source files of all documents. TASK 26—B1D PlANS,SPfCIFlCAT1DNS,ESTIMATE AND FORM B Consultant will update the plsns,specif'rcations,estimate and Form e to i�clude comments from the City and utility companies. The bid submittal will be one set of electronic files and one signed hard copy plan set. TASK 17—LEAD RfGULAR MEET/NGS WITH UT/IITY COMPAN/ES Consultant will attend meetings throughout the design phase with utility company representatives, similar to the MUUD meetings held between October 2Q13 and July 2014. Cansultant will prepare the meeting agenda and will lead the discussion. City wiU send out meeting announcements and prepare the meeting minutes. Consultant will use the meetings ta present composite design plans and to coordinate questions with the utility companies. This task has 8 meetings budgeted. TASK 18—LEG�41 DESCRIPTfONS MUUD project may require legal descriptions for joint trench improvements on private property. The legal description will be a plat map and metes and bounds description (or a strip description as appropriate). Both the plat map and legal description will be stamped by a California-licensed Land Surveyor. The legal descriptions will follow PG&E requirements per the current"PRIVATE SECTOR LAND SURVEYORS CHECK LIST:' City wifl provide title reports for subject properties.
