The City wili provide information regarding Legally Responsible Person (LRP) and Approved <br /> Signatory (AS) for the project. Consultant will calculate the Risk Level based on the praject type.This <br /> task does not include QSD and Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) services after uploading of the <br /> SWPPP to the SMARTS System. QSD and QSP services during construction wiU be part of a separate <br /> agreement.The City will be respansible for paying the fees associated wi#h the C�P and submitting to <br /> the State Water Board.
