District 4 Caltrans wili likely require the following forms to be completed as part of the Caltrans Encroachment Permit: Storm Water Data Report (SWDR), Preliminary E��ineering Evaluation Report (PEfR), Right-of-Way Certification, and Utility Certi�ication. For all of these documents we assume they are the short-form versions with many boxes checked as"not applicable."
