231 <br /> ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> 1. A representative of the American Legion announced that Memorial Day Services will <br /> be held on Monday, May 26, 1980 commencing at 9:00 a.m. in Union Cemetery with <br /> breakfast to be served following the ceremony at the Legion Hall on El Camino Real. <br /> He invited all Council members to attend. <br /> GENERAL <br /> 1. In response to question of Councilman Britschgi regarding support for the League <br /> of California Cities position relating to use of mobile homes on single-family <br /> lots, Mayor Biagi advised that such matters are considered by the Council's <br /> Legislative Committee, with report and recommendation to Council. Mayor Biagi <br /> called attention to the list of Special Assignments to City Council members dis- <br /> tributed this evening. <br /> 2. Vice Mayor Stangel announced that the Legislative Committee consisting of himself, <br /> and Councilmen Britschgi and Bury will meet in the Office of the City Attorney at <br /> 7:30 a.m., Friday, May 23, 1980. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> M/S: Britschgi/Chandler to adjourn to executive session to consider litigation <br /> matters and to reconvene solely to adjourn. <br /> Carried unanimously by voice vote and Council adjourned at 8:47 p.m. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, Council adjourned at 9:22 p.m. <br /> JACQUELINE C.
