Presentation of Plaques for Distinguished Mayor Biagi presented the Plaques for Dis- <br /> Service to Robert F. Cunningham and Henry P. tinguished Service, commending Messrs. <br /> Tarratt, former members of the Board of Cunningham and Tarratt for the 20 years of <br /> Building Review, and to Diane J. Pound, service each has given to the Board of Building <br /> former member of the Park and Recreation Review and Mrs. Pound for her eight years on <br /> Commission the Park and Recreation Commission.
