Chandtek <br /> Mangueti to Leipzig <br /> 8-i LL Rhode <br /> Redevelopment Agency ..r <br /> The Council of the City of Redwood City meeting as the Board of <br /> Directors of the Redevelopment Agency met on this date at 8:13 p.m. <br /> with Chairman Biagi presiding. <br /> Directors present: Britschgi , Chandler, Leipzig, Rhodes, Stangel <br /> and Chairman Biagi <br /> Directors absent: Bury <br /> Officials and staff present: Fales, Schricker, Smith, Hildebrand and <br /> Addiego, Schroeter, Griffiths, .Bold <br /> HOUSING FINANCING <br /> (See also Minutes of same date of meeting of the City Council and <br /> Report of City Manager of June 27, 1980) <br /> Chairman Biagi advised that it is necessary for the Redevelopment <br /> Agency to consider the same resolution relating to mortgage revenue <br /> bonds as that just considered by the City Council . <br /> MOTION: Title having been read, Director Leipzig introduced the <br /> following resolution and moved, seconded by Director Stangel , its <br /> adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. RD 80-01 OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF NOTES, BONDS, OR <br /> OTHER OBLIGATIONS FOR FINANCING SINGLE-FAMILY AND MULTI-FAMILY <br /> RESIDENTIAL HOUSING <br /> Resolution adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> Adjournment <br /> MOTION: Director Rhodes moved, seconded by Director.
