Mayor Biagi <br /> presented Mr. Balsamo a plaque stating the <br /> Council's appreciation of his assistance and <br /> commending him for volunteering his time. <br /> REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> 2.
