Mr. Fales advised that per- <br /> { mits are already required by the Uniform Fire <br /> Code for the purpose of more effective control <br /> over hazardous conditions. Mr. Fales stated <br /> the permit system is required under the Uniform <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 7/7/80 <br /> Page 5 <br />
