Mr. Fales advised that the salt <br /> water requirement was adopted during the <br /> recent drought and may no longer be desir- <br /> able. He asked to be permitted to make a <br /> study with report and recommendation to <br /> Council, and advised that the ordinance and <br /> final map could be amended. <br /> j <br /> City Attorney Schricker advised for the record <br /> that the purpose of the statements of the City <br /> Manager at this time is to advise Council in <br /> the record that if specifications are changed <br /> at a later date relating to the subject sub- <br /> division, the changes would be deemed approved <br /> now.
