Tax Rate - General Improvement District Report of City Manager 8/7/80 <br /> No. 1-64 Report of Director of Finance 8/7/80 <br /> Greg Doran, 510 Marlin Drive, President of the <br /> Redwood Shores Homeowners Association (RSHA) <br /> stated that RSHA does not want any future im- <br /> provements financed with bonds which would be <br /> 1 a burden to the residents of Redwood Shores. <br /> Mr. Doran stated that he understands that with <br /> the development which will be able to take place <br /> as a result of the new improvements financed by <br /> the bonds, that the District tax rate should be <br /> stabilized and reduced.
