Zion Baptist Church <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES - M/S: Norris/Biagi to approve the subject <br /> February 11, 1980 (Executive Session Minutes as submitted <br /> (City Council Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> 1. Public Hearing - Proposed Undergrounding Mayor Rhodes declared open at 7:38 p.m. <br /> District No. 1980-2 (per RESOLUTION NO. <br /> 8503, adopted 2/11/80; Report of City Affidavits of Publication of Notice of Hearing <br /> Manager 2/7/80) and of Mailing reported on file. <br /> In response to question, City Manager Fales <br /> advised that there will be provisions in the <br /> specifications for the project regarding minimal <br /> disruption of business in the District and that <br /> affected property owners receive advance notice. <br /> City Attorney Schricker stated for the record <br /> that Section 5. of the proposed ordinance states <br /> that the time within which poles and overhead <br /> wires and associated overhead structures shall <br /> be removed from all streets, alleys or ways is <br /> hereby fixed as 170 calendar days from the <br /> effective date of this ordinance" and that <br /> Section 6. states "the time within which all <br /> affected property owners must provide for <br /> service from underground facilities is fixed as <br /> 142 calendar days from the effective date of <br /> this ordinance." <br /> Mayor Rhodes invited anyone present who wished <br /> to speak to do so.
