At the request of Councilman Biagi, and there being no objection, Mayor Rhodes ordered that the Committee recommendation relating to item (3) be considered separately. M/S: Bury/Biagi to approve the recommendations contained in Legislative Committee Report No. 80-3 relating to the following: (1) Override of Charter Bidding Requirements - ACA 56 (Update) (2) Peace Officer Training - AB 1310 (4) FCC Proposed Regulation - Public Service Broadcasts (5) Benefit Assessment, 2/3rd Vote Requirement - AB 2077 (6) Radar Enforcement/Residential Streets - AB 2059 Carried unanimously by voice vote.
