General Improvement District No. 1-64 Bond Report of City Manager 4/4/80 <br /> Projects - Award of contracts Report of Director of Public Works 4/3/80 <br /> Report of City Attorney 4/3/80 <br /> In response to question relating to whether <br /> landscaping was required for the already con- <br /> structed reservoir, City Manager Fales advised woo <br /> that the plans, but not the agreement, did re- <br /> quire landscaping, but advised that because of <br /> the drought and location of the reservoir, no <br /> landscaping has been done. Mr. Fales noted <br /> that some $117,000 is being held by the City, <br /> so that if landscaping is required, it can be <br /> done. <br /> a. MOTION: to accept public improvements and M/S: Chandler/Biagi <br /> acknowledge satisfaction of obligations <br /> under agreements relating to prior de- <br /> veloper obligations and building permit <br /> moratorium (agreements dated 6/20/74) <br /> b.
