Councilman Chandler called attention to the City Manager's Report of April 11, PIM <br /> 1980 regarding 1979 Park Vandalism and attaching the report of the Acting <br /> Director of Parks and Recreation noting that such vandalism cost some-$21,000 <br /> last year.
