Recognition of Past Mayor Rhodes Vice Mayor Stangel presented to Past Mayor <br /> Rhodes a desk stand with his Mayor's Badge <br /> mounted on it and thanked him for his service. <br /> Mayor Biagi presented to Past.Mayor Rhodes a <br /> gavel mounted on a wall plaque with a plate com- <br /> memorating his term of office and thanked him on <br /> behalf of the community for his contributions as <br /> Mayor of the City. <br /> r'" Past Mayor Rhodes accepted the mementos of his <br /> former office and wished success to Mayor Biagi <br /> and the present Council. <br /> 2. Bunton, Legal Aid Society, <br /> on behalf of the appellants requesting contin- <br /> uance of the public hearing and advising that <br /> the attorney for the property owner concurs in <br /> the request.
