8.A. - Page 125 <br /> Exhibit B. Engineering and Construction Requirements <br /> • Interconnection agreements and Permission To Operate <br /> • Owner's Manual <br /> 6. Operations and Maintenance <br /> Seller shall perform all necessary preventive and corrective maintenance,which includes routine <br /> maintenance adjustments, replacements, and electrical panel/transformer/ inverter cleaning <br /> (interior and exterior). Maintenance by Seller shall ensure that all warranties, particularly inverter <br /> warranties, are preserved. The frequency and timing of any panel wash-downs shall be <br /> determined by Seller based on system monitoring data. Environmental sensors will be evaluated <br /> on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy. <br /> Seller shall perform the following maintenance services, at a minimum, as described in the <br /> following sections: <br /> 6.1 Preventive Maintenance <br /> Preventive Maintenance shall be performed at least annually and include: <br /> • System testing (voltage/amperage) at inverter and string levels <br /> • System visual inspection and necessary corrections: <br /> o Inspect for stolen, broken or damaged PV modules, record damage and location. <br /> o Inspect PV wiring for loose connections and wire condition. Inspect for wires in <br /> contact with the structure or hanging loose from racking. <br /> o Check mechanical attachment of the PV modules to the racking. <br /> o Check attachment of racking components to each other and the structure. <br /> o Verify proper system grounding is in place from panels to the inverter. <br /> o Check conduits and raceways for proper anchorage to structures. <br /> o Inspect all metallic parts for corrosion. <br /> o Check combiner boxes for proper fuse sizes and continuity. <br /> `o Inspect all wiring connections for signs of poor contact at terminals (burning, <br /> discoloration, etc). <br /> o Inspect disconnects for proper operation. <br /> o Survey entire jobsite for debris or obstructions. <br /> o Inspect fasteners for proper torque and corrosion. <br /> o Inspect inverter pad for cracking or settling. <br /> o Inspect electrical hardware for proper warning and rating labeling. <br /> o Review as built documentation as needed. <br /> o Inspect alignment of arrays and racking to identify settling foundations or loose <br /> attachments <br /> o Inspect operation of tracking hinges, pivots, motors and actuators if present. <br /> Exhibit B Page 25 <br />
