7.1.A. - Page 10 Attachment A— Proposed Work Plan [Exhibit A] <br /> Scope of Work <br /> 1. Removal of the existing 42-in discharge header manifold which includes the following: <br /> • Three (3) 30-inch pipes <br /> • Three (3) 30-inch 45 degree elbows <br /> • One (1) 10-inch pipe <br /> 2. Fabrication and installation of a new discharge pipe manifold which includes the following: <br /> • Three (3) 30-inch pipes <br /> • Three (3) 30-inch 45 degree elbows <br /> • One (1) 10-inch pipe <br /> 3. Installation of a 42-in pipe plug to isolate the pump station <br /> 4. New istallation must be Epoxy coated in the interior and exterior surfaces of the pipes <br /> 5. Provide means to keep the pump station dewatered <br /> 6. Provide the required equipment, supplies, parts, and materials to perform the work <br /> 7. Coordinate work with assigned City Staff <br /> Status Report <br /> The contractor is required to provide City Staff with weekly status report. Status report should be <br /> submitted via email to ejohnson @redwoodcity.org by closing of business day each Monday. The <br /> status report should include: <br /> 1. Tasks completed <br /> 2. Cost summary <br /> 3. Issues <br /> 4. Schedule update <br /> 5. Priorities for the coming week <br /> Working Day <br /> The Contractor's working day activities shall be limited to the hours between 7:00 a.m., and 4:00 <br /> p.m., Monday through Friday. Deviation from normal working hours will not be allowed without <br /> approval from the City. <br /> 1 <br />
