Marina Shores Village Project <br />City of Redwood City <br />May 18, 2004 <br />Final EIR <br />Mitigation Monitoring Chec -list <br />Page 2 <br />rooms, other hotel characteristics, building heights, building setbacks, building coverage, <br />number of buildings, building architecture, parking provisions, internal circulation, trail <br />provisions, grading, number of marina slips, marina configuration and fill ;, haracteristics, <br />infrastructure provisions, etc. <br />If the City determines that such project description changes or changes in the project <br />circumstances do not require major revisions to the certified EIR due to the involvement of new <br />significant environmental effects, or a substantial increase in the severity of one or more EIR - <br />identified significant effects the City shall prepare an Addendum to the EIR, pursuant to <br />CEQA Guidelines section 15164, briefly describing the project changes and this determination. <br />If the City determines that such project description changes or changes in the project <br />circumstances do require major revisions to the certified EIR due to the involvement of new <br />significant environmental effects or a substantial increase in the severity of one or more EIR - <br />identified significant effects, the City shall prepare a Subsequent EIR or Supplement to the <br />EIR pursuant to CEQA Guidelines sections 15162 or 15163, respectively. <br />3. FUTURE CHANGES IN MITIGATIONS <br />Over the anticipated ten or more years of project implementation, alternatives or revisions to <br />EIR- identified mitigations may be identified for EIR- identified significant environmental effects. <br />If the City determines that the identified alternative or revised mitigation measure represents a <br />measure which was previously found to be infeasible or is otherwise considerably different <br />from the measure analyzed in the certified EIR, but would nevertheless adequately mitigate <br />one or more EIR- identified significant effects of the project, and is agreed upon by the project <br />proponent (i.e., incorporated into the project), the City shall prepare an Addendum to the EIR, <br />pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15164, briefly describing the mitigation change and this <br />determination. <br />If the City determines that a mitigation measure previously found not to be feasible would in <br />fact be feasible or is otherwise considerably different from the measure analyzed in the <br />certified Final EIR, but would nevertheless adequately mitigate one or more EIR- identified <br />significant effects of the project, but is not agreed upon by the project proponent (i.e., the <br />project proponent declines to adopt the revised mitigation measure), the City shall prepare a <br />supplement to the EIR, or a subsequent EIR, describing (requiring) the change, pursuant to <br />CEQA Guidelines sections 15163 or 15162, respectively. <br />WP9.016451 MlT- IMP -CHKL ST. 645 <br />
