City and Campeau entered into a "Development Agreement" as of August 6, 1986 CD <br /> tea <br /> recorded on August 8, 1986, and filed as Document No. 86094609, Official Records of San. cr1 <br /> Mateo County, California ("Original Development Agreement"), to govern the development of <br /> the Property, as described therein, known as the "Centrum Project" and consisting of <br /> approximately 65.8 acres located in the City of Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, as <br /> is more particularly described in Exhibit A attached thereto and made a part thereof. The <br /> Original Development Agreement incorporated by reference the permitted uses designated in <br /> Planned Development Permit No. PD-10307-4, as amended by Planned Development Permit No. <br /> PD- 10306-6 (collectively, the "Original Planned Development Permit"). <br /> B.
