The Original Development Agreement and First <br /> Amendment are collectively referred to herein as the "Existing Development Agreement" City <br /> also approved a tentative subdivision map (TM 10803-9) to resubdivide the Property to conform <br /> to the Existing Planned Development Permit, the final map of which was recorded on July 24, <br /> 1989 in Book 120 of Maps of the Official Records of San Mateo County at pages 45-48, as the <br /> map entitled "Centrum Office Park, being a resubdivision of Lots 1 , 2, 3, and 4 as shown on that <br /> cc) <br /> certain map entitled `Centrum' recorded in Volume 115 of subdivision maps at pages 22, 23, 24 c) <br /> and 25, San Mateo County Records" (the "Resubdivision Map"). Subsequently, a lot line <br /> cn <br /> cf.) <br /> adjustment for Lots 2, 3, 4 and 8 as shown on the Resubdivision Map was approved by the City r� <br /> c.f <br /> and recorded on July 20, 1990, in Book 63 of Maps of the Official Records at pages 98-100, as <br /> the map entitled "Parcel Map 904" and Parcel Map No. 90- 1 was approved by City and recorded <br /> on January 14, 1992 in Book 65 of Parcel Maps at pages 41-42 of the Official Records. <br /> D. Concurrently herewith, the Existing Planned Development Permit (PD- 10302-9) <br /> is being amended by Planned Development Permit No. PD- 10315-5 ("Revised Planned <br /> Development Permit") to allow, among other things, the building designated as "Building B" in <br /> the Original Development Agreement (currently known as 600 Oracle Parkway) to be developed <br /> and used as an office building. Accordingly, City and Developer desire to further amend the <br /> Exiting Development Agreement to: (i) reflect the change in permitted uses set forth in the <br /> Revised Planned Development Permit, (ii) require that Developer provide a shuttle service to and <br /> from a CalTrain station, (iii) impose on Developer certain traffic mitigation requirements and <br /> (iv) make certain other minor changes to the Existing Development Agreement. <br /> 3 06692\2MF 107 LDOC:122365 <br />
