The Planning Commission approved a tentative map (TM 10803-9) <br /> for the resubdivision of Project on April 18, 1989 (Centrum Office Park) , the final map <br /> of which was recorded on July 24, 1989 in Book 120 of maps of the Official Records at <br /> pages 45-48 (the "Resubdivision Map"). Subsequently, a lot line adjustment for Lots 2, <br /> 3, 4 and 8 as shown on the Resubdivision Map was approved by the City and recorded on <br /> July 20, 1990, in Book 63 of Maps of the Official Records at pages 98-100, as the map <br /> entitled "Parcel Map 90-4" and Parcel Map No. 90-1 was approved by City and recorded <br /> c <br /> on January 14, 1992 in Book 65 of Parcel Maps at pages 41 -42 of the Official Records." c <br /> 3 . USES AMENDED. Paragraph 2 of the Existing Development Agreement is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: c� <br /> "2. PERMITTED USES. <br /> (a) The permitted uses of the Property shall be those uses designated in <br /> Planned Development Permit No. PD 10302-9, as amended on May 21 , 1996 by Planned <br /> Development Permit No. PD- 10315-5. <br /> (b) The Project shall be designed as a water-oriented development, including <br /> extensive frontage on Belmont Slough and related lagoon areas. Construction of the <br /> Project shall be sensitive to and consistent with preservation and enhancement of tidal <br /> marshes, mud flats, and other water-related areas to safeguard fish and wildlife habitats <br /> and indigenous vegetation.
