The City has further <br /> approved a Tentative Map for the Project pursuant to Planning Commission <br /> Resolution No. PC-86-02. Conditions of approval of both the Planned <br /> Development Permit, as amended, and the Tentative Map, have been incorporated <br /> into this Agreement. The Project is called "Centrum" and was formerly known as tL <br /> a) <br /> "Marine World Executive Park"." <br /> c ) <br /> PO <br /> 2.3. Existing Recitals G and H to the Existing Development Agreement are <br /> hereby relettered as Recitals H and I, and new Recital G is added to the Existing Development <br /> Agreement as follows: <br /> "G. The Planned Development Permit (PD-10302-9) for the Project, approved <br /> by the Planning Commission on April 18, 1989, was further amended on May 21 , 1996 <br /> (PD- 10315-5). Conditions of approval of the previous Planned Development Permit PD <br /> 10307-4 as amended, have been superseded by the conditions to Planned Development <br /> Permit PD 10302-9, as amended by PD- 10315-5, which are hereby incorporated into this <br /> Agreement. <br /> The City approved Tentative Map TM 10805-4 for the Project pursuant to <br /> Planning Commission approval, the final map of which was accepted for recordation by <br /> Resolution No. 10263 adopted by the City Council on July 28, 1986 and recorded on <br /> August 8, 1986, at Vol. 115, Page 22 of the Official Records of San Mateo County <br /> 7 06692\2MF1071.DOC: 122365 <br />
