Developer shall pay all <br /> O <br /> usual and necessary application , building permit and other Ca <br /> similar standard fees , charges and cost imposed by the City <br /> which are in effect at the time said fees , charges and costs <br /> are payable to the City in order to allow construction of <br /> the Project . <br /> ( e ) Not Subject to Ordinance No . 1859 . Other than as <br /> provided in this Section and Section 10 below , there will be <br /> no other charges or fees imposed upon Developer or the <br /> Property for the privilege of developing the Project <br /> including , but not limited to , any " Facilities Charge" <br /> collectible by City pursuant to the terms of the <br /> aforementioned Ordinance No . 1859 , and City specifically <br /> 13 <br />
