In accordance with the requirements of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act ( " CEQA" ) , in June , 1982 , the City <br /> OD <br /> prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report ( " DEIR" ) , entitled <br /> "Marine World Executive Park " , analyzing in detail various A <br /> alternative forms of development of the Property . In September , CAD <br /> 1982 , the City prepared an Addendum to the DEIR . Extensive <br /> studies were completed in the preparation of the DEIR and <br /> numerous public hearings were held by the City ' s Planning <br /> Commission . Following review of the response to comments on the <br /> DEIR , the Final Environmental Impact Report ( " EIR" , consisting of <br /> the DEIR and the Addendum , was certified by the Redwood City <br /> Planning Commission on September 21 , 1982 . The City has filed a <br /> Notice of Determination in the records of the San Mateo County <br /> Clerk and City Council of the City as required by law .
