City and Developer desire to amend the Development <br /> Agreement to reflect the current development plan for the <br /> Project , including the increase in parking spaces and change in <br /> permitted use approved in the amendments to the Planned <br /> Development Permit . <br /> NOW , THEREFORE , the parties agree as follows : <br /> 1 . <br /> QD <br /> DEFINITIONS . All words or terms herein commencing with bomai <br /> O <br /> capitals and defined in the Development Agreement shall have the CimeJ <br /> QD <br /> meanings respectively given to them in said Agreement , except <br /> tn <br /> that " Developer " shall refer collectively to Centrum, Oracle , <br /> Centrum III and Centrum Owners . <br /> 2 . AMENDED RECITALS . Recitals A , B , and F of the <br /> Development Agreement are hereby , respectively , amended to read <br /> as follows : <br /> " A . Developer has acquired all that certain real <br /> property consisting of approximately 60 . 07 acres located in <br /> the City of Redwood City , San Mateo County , California , more <br /> particularly described as Parcel A of Parcel Map 71 - 1 and <br /> Parcel 1 of Parcel Map of Marine World , recorded in volume 3 <br /> of Parcel Maps at page 37 , San Mateo County Records , ( the <br /> " Property " ) and as further described in the attached <br /> Exhibit "A" which is incorporated in this Agreement . " <br /> "B . Developer desires to develop and construct on the <br /> Property , in phases , a complex of buildings primarily for <br /> 3 <br />
