Conditions of approval of Planned Development QD <br /> XA <br /> GR <br /> Permit PD 10307 - 4 as amended , have been superseded by the <br /> conditions to Planned Development Permit PD 10302 - 9 , which <br /> are incorporated into this Agreement . <br /> The City approved Tentative Map TM 10805 - 4 for the <br /> Project pursuant to Planning Commission approval , the final <br /> map of which ( " Centrum" ) was accepted for recordation by <br /> Resolution No . 10263 adopted by the City Council on July 28 , <br /> 1986 and recorded on August 8 , 1986 , at Vol . 115 , Page 22 of <br /> the San Mateo County Records . The Planning Commission <br /> approved a tentative map (TM 10803 - 9 ) for the resubdivision <br /> of Centrum on April 18 , 1989 ( ' Centrum Office Park ' ) , the <br /> final map of which was recorded on July 24 , 1989 in Book 120 <br /> of Maps of the Official Records of San Mateo County at pages <br /> 45 - 48 ( the " Resubdivision Map " ) . Subsequently , a lot line <br /> adjustment for Lots 2 , 3 , 4 and 8 as shown on the <br /> Resubdivision Map has been approved by the City and recorded <br /> 4 <br />
