MJP : df4 08 / 28 / 90R ( 018 / 43 ) <br /> MJP : dft J8 / 30 / 90R <br /> on July 20 , 1990 , in Book 63 of Maps of the Official Records <br /> of San Mateo County at pages 98 - 100 , as the map entitled <br /> " Parcel Map 90 -4 . " <br /> 3 . USES AMENDED . Paragraph 2 of the Development Agreement <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> " 2 . PERMITTED USES . ( a ) The permitted uses of the <br /> Property shall be those uses designated in Planned <br /> Development Permit No . PD 10307 - 4 . The parcels designated <br /> as Lot 7 and Lot 8 on the Centrum Office Park subdivision <br /> map recorded in Book 120 pages 45 - 48 , on July 24 , 1989 shall <br /> Cot <br /> be reserved for a fitness center and a child care facility , p <br /> respectively , and parking associated with the fitness center CD <br /> FA► <br /> and child care facility . The area designated for Building B Cart <br /> in Developer ' s Planned Development Application shall be <br /> reserved as a hotel site with accessory uses . <br /> (b ) The Project shall be designed as a water-oriented <br /> development , including extensive frontage on Belmont Slough <br /> and related lagoon areas . Construction of the Project shall <br /> be sensitive to and consistent with preservation and <br /> enhancement of tidal marshes , mud flats , and other <br /> water-related areas to safeguard fish and wildlife habitats <br /> and indigenous vegetation . In this connection , the Project <br /> shall include pedestrian walkways , bicycle paths and/or <br /> other modes of providing public access to the landscaped <br /> water boundaries of , and lagoon areas within , the Property , <br /> subject to reasonable regulation consistent with the <br /> commercial uses within the Property .
