AMENDED PARKING PROVISIONS , Paragraph 3 of the <br /> Development Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> " 3 . DENSITY OR INTENSITY OF USE . Developer shall not <br /> construct more than 1 , 250 , 000 square feet of office <br /> buildings and 327 , 230 square feet of hotel buildings on the <br /> Property , not including the multi-level parking structures <br /> which have been approved as part of the Project . In <br /> addition , Developer shall have the right to apply for <br /> approval to develop up to two ( 2 ) restaurants at the site . <br /> Such application shall be subject to requirements and <br /> conditions in effect as of the date of such applications . <br /> QD <br /> Developer shall not provide in excess of 3 , 575 parking <br /> O <br /> spaces on the property for the office building use . a+ <br /> Chi <br /> QD <br /> Developer shall provide 452 parking spaces for the hotel and _ <br /> C1I <br /> shall provide parking spaces for the restaurants in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the Redwood City Zoning <br /> Ordinance . " <br /> 5 , AMENDED DEDICATIONS . Paragraph 5 of the Development <br /> Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> " 5 . DEDICATION . Upon completion of the improvements <br /> and construction , in accordance with the City ' s standards , <br /> of the facilities listed below , Developer agrees to <br /> dedicate , and the City agrees to accept dedication of , such <br /> facilities to public use : <br /> ( a ) Storm drains in the public right-of -way . <br /> (b ) Sanitary sewer pump station , if constructed <br /> adjacent to the public right-of-way , and force <br /> main if constructed in the public right-of-way . <br /> ( c ) Water line mains located within a dedicated public <br /> 6 <br />
