The parties acknowledge that <br /> Developer dedicated an avigation easement in <br /> document no . 86099475 to the County of San Mateo <br /> regarding approaches to the San Mateo County <br /> Airport in San Carlos , California , which avigation <br /> easement was accepted by the County pursuant to <br /> San Mateo County Board of Supervisors Resolution <br /> No . 48297 , and recorded on August 19 , 1986 , in the <br /> official records of San Mateo County and <br /> replacement avigation easements thereto in <br /> documents Nos . 89171449 through 89171460 have been <br /> dedicated by Developer and recorded on <br /> December 19 , 1989 , in the Official Records of San <br /> Mateo County . " <br /> The portions of Oracle Parkway ( formerly Centrum Plaza Drive ) , <br /> CD <br /> Marine Parkway , and Shoreway Road , which are located within the N <br /> Q <br /> boundaries of the Property , have been dedicated to and accepted <br /> Ca <br /> by the City . `A <br /> Clt <br /> 6 . PHASING . Paragraph 6 of the Development Agreement is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> " 6 . PHASING . Construction on the Project may be <br /> carried out in one or more phases ; provided , however , <br /> construction of public improvements shall be carried out in <br /> accordance with the conditions of the Resubdivision Map , or <br /> the conditions of any further resubdivision of the <br /> Property .
