Therefore , this Agreement has been prepared under <br /> the guidance of the Statutes , as amended and effective on the <br /> date of this Agreement . <br /> H . In reliance on the provisions of this Agreement , <br /> Developer desires to proceed with , and is willing to limit in the � <br /> 0 <br /> manner provided below , the development of the Project on the A <br /> C) <br /> Property . The City desires to encourage and facilitate such 3 <br /> development by providing to Developer the assurance of land use <br /> entitled and other assurance as provided below . <br /> NOW , THEREFORE , the parties agree as follows : <br /> 1 .
