improvement projects will be required in the vicinity of the Project: 1) a left turn lane <br /> shall be added from eastbound Marine Parkway to northbound Oracle Parkway West, <br /> in conjunction with associated improvements to the north side of Marine Parkway, <br /> median, and signals to accommodate the additional lane; 2) the signals at <br /> Ralston/Hiller and Marine/Oracle shall be interconnected; and 3) split phasing at the <br /> Marine/Oracle West intersection for the north/south approaches shall be implemented. <br /> cr. <br /> City agrees that Developer shall have no obligation to construct such traffic projects or <br /> to pay the costs thereof, except to the extent such projects are undertaken as part of the <br /> .cu <br /> Assessment District in which Developer is required to participate hereunder and then <br /> Can <br /> only to the extent of Developer's obligation to participate in such Assessment District. <br /> In no event shall any mitigation result in a cessation or postponement of construction, <br /> or alteration or reduction of development on the Centrum Project as the same is <br /> contemplated or permitted by this Agreement or any specific plan for the Centrum <br /> Project.
