�' �.r/ <br /> Grantee agree to negotiate in good faith to attempt to restore the mutual <br /> considerations provided in this Agreement. <br /> 3.15 Other Franchises <br /> Grantor shall endeavor to insure that any initial Franchise awards or <br /> renewals granted to other grantees shall be under terms and conditions which, <br /> when taken in their entirety (i.e., not on an item by item basis), are competitively <br /> neutral and non-discriminatory. Grantor's review of conditions when taken in <br /> their entirety may include, but not necessarily be limited to, similarly situated <br /> Cable Operators (i.e., differences between renewal of an incumbent grantee <br /> Franchise and the award of an initial Franchise). <br /> 3.16 Subscriber Notices <br /> During the construction of the Cable System provided for in Section 5.1 of <br /> this Agreement, Grantee shall establish procedures for notifying City residents in <br /> the Service Area of System construction schedules. Said procedures shall be <br /> subject to prior Grantor review and approval. <br /> At a minimum, notice shall be provided by Grantee to affected residents in <br /> the Service Area not less than seventy-two (72) hours in advance of planned <br /> construction. Additional notice shall be provided on the day of construction. <br /> Said notice may be in the form of"door hangers" which indicate the date(s) and <br /> time(s) of construction, and the name and telephone number of a Grantee <br /> contact for inquiries. <br /> In all cases, construction crews shall have additional copies of the above- <br /> described notices that shall be provided to any requesting individual. <br /> 25 <br /> sh/RWC/Council <br /> AGMT-382 <br /> FXS/fs <br /> 08/02/00 <br />
