PnN*�.,. � . <br /> � <br /> System in the City in a similar manner, to place the active Cable System <br /> components in flush to grade vaults. <br /> (g) The burden of proof shall be on Grantee to demonstrate that <br /> the construction schedule and milestones of this Section have been satisfied. <br /> 5.2 Interactive Connection to Public Buildings <br /> (a) As part of the Grantee's construction obligations, the <br /> Grantee shall provide interactive links befinreen its fiber optic nodes and "Priority" <br /> public buildings in Grantee's Service Area, and interactive-capable links to other <br /> designated public buildings in Grantee's Service Area, in accordance with the <br /> requirements of Exhibit "C" attached hereto. An interactive connection is defined <br /> as the capability to transmit and receive broadband video, data and voice <br /> communications befinreen two (2) or more public buildings, contingent only upon <br /> the installation of appropriate terminal and interface equipment in the future, at <br /> the public building transmission and reception locations. An interactive-capable <br /> connection is defined as a one-way downstream connection which can be <br /> expanded to interactive status by activating the two-way capability between the <br /> node and the public building. The Grantee shall install, operate and maintain all <br /> Cable System and nefinrork components outside the public buildings necessary <br /> to provide the activated path between the transmitting and receiving locations. <br /> (b) Grantor and Grantee agree that any use of the interactive <br /> links and the Cable System by public agencies to generate revenue or to serve <br /> nonpublic entities shall occur only with the prior written consent of Grantee. <br /> 5.3 Emergency Alert Capability <br /> Upon completion of the System construction provided in Section 5.1 of <br /> this Agreement, Grantee shall provide Emergency Alert System capability in full <br /> 30 <br /> sh/RWC/Council <br /> AGMT-382 <br /> FXS/fs <br /> 08/02/00 <br />
