contact with members of the public or who require entry onto Subscribers' <br /> premises shall carry a photo-identification card in a form approved by Grantor. <br /> Grantee shall account for all identification cards at all times. Every vehicle of the <br /> Grantee or its major subcontractors shall be clearly identified as working for <br /> Grantee. <br /> (c) Upon a showing of need, additional service standards and <br /> standards governing Consumer protection and response by Grantee to <br /> Subscriber complaints not otherwise provided for in this Agreement may be <br /> established by separate ordinance. A verified and continuing pattern of repeated <br /> noncompliance may be deemed a material breach of this Agreement, provided <br /> that Grantee shall receive due process, including prior written notification and a <br /> reasonable opportunity to cure, prior to any sanction being imposed. <br /> SECTION 10 RECORDS AND REPORTS <br /> 10.1 Records Required <br /> (a) Grantee shall at all times maintain: <br /> (1) A written or computer-stored record of all service calls <br /> and interruptions or degradation of service experienced for the preceding two (2) <br /> years, provided that such complaints result in or require a service call, subject to <br /> the Subscriber's right of privacy. <br /> (2) A full and complete set of plans and record drawings <br /> showing the locations of the Cable System installed or in use in the City, <br /> exclusive of Subscriber service drops and equipment provided in Subscriber's <br /> homes. <br /> (3) If requested by Grantor, a summary of service calls, <br /> identifying the number, general nature and disposition of such calls, on a <br /> 53 <br /> sh/RWC/Council <br /> AGMT-382 <br /> FXS/fs <br /> 08/02/00 <br />
