Grantee shall have the right to be present at any such <br /> examination. <br /> 10.2 Reports <br /> (a) At the Grantor's written request, within ninety (90) days after <br /> the end of the Grantee's fiscal year, Grantee shall submit a written report to <br /> Grantor with respect to the preceding calendar year in a form approved by <br /> Grantor, including, but not limited to, the following information: <br /> (1) A summary of the previous year's (or in the case of <br /> the initial reporting year, the initial year's) activities in development of the Cable <br /> System, including but not limited to, services begun or discontinued during the <br /> reporting year; <br /> (2) A list of Grantee's officers and members of its board <br /> of directors; <br /> (3) A list of stockholders or other equity investors holding <br /> five percent (5%) or more of the voting interest in Grantee; <br /> (4) An indication of any residences in Grantee's Service <br /> Area where service is not available, and a schedule for providing service; <br /> (5) Information as to <br /> (i) the number of homes passed; <br /> (ii) total Subscribers; and <br /> (iii) the number of Basic and Pay Subscribers. <br /> (6) A full and complete set of plans and record drawings <br /> showing the locations of the Cable System components installed or in use in the <br /> 55 <br /> sh/RWC/Council <br /> AGMT-382 <br /> FXS/fs <br /> 08/02/00 <br />
