TITLE TO PEG EQUIPMENT <br /> Grantor shall retain title to all PEG Access equipment provided with <br /> funding made available in accordance with paragraph 3 above. <br /> 6. RELOCATION OF PEG CHANNELS <br /> If Grantee relocates any PEG Access Channel to a different Channel <br /> number, Grantee shall reimburse Grantor for all reasonable out-of-pocket <br /> Grantor costs necessarily incurred as a result of the relocation. Grantee shall <br /> provide Grantor and all Subscribers with at least thirty (30) days written notice of <br /> such relocation. <br />
