.. -..�...�. <br /> � � <br /> C-4 <br /> (d) As the applicable Cable System node is activated, Grantee shall <br /> provide all necessary Cable System connections to permit such live or recorded <br /> coverage of events [i.e., shall provide an activated Cable System connection <br /> permitting the insertion of live or recorded programming from the location(s) <br /> within the City designated for the housing of any video cablecasting equipment <br /> purchased with the grants of this Section]. The locations capable of inserting live <br /> and taped programming shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: <br /> (1) City Hall 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City <br /> (2) Fire Station No. 9 755 Marshall Street, Redwood City <br /> (3) Main Library 1044 Middlefield Road, Redwood City <br /> (4) Police Station 1301 Maple Street, Redwood City <br /> (5) Municipal Services Center 1400 Broadway, Redwood City <br /> (6) Red Morton Community Center 1120 Roosevelt, Redwood City <br /> (7) Community Activities Building 1400 Roosevelt, Redwood City <br /> (8) Fair Oaks Community Center 2600 Middlefield Road, Redwood City <br /> (e) Grantor shall not oppose the inclusion on Subscribers' bills of the <br /> Access grants provided above, so long as said inclusion is done in a manner <br /> consistent with the provisions of Federal and State law and regulation. Grantee <br /> agrees that any included amount shall not be itemized separately on Subscriber <br /> bills. Any notice to Subscribers detailing information regarding these grants shall <br /> be subject to prior Grantor review and approval. <br /> 4. PEG ACCESS OPERATIONS <br /> Grantor may negotiate agreements with neighboring jurisdictions served <br /> by the same Cable System, educational institutions, other or others to share <br />
