OPTIONS <br /> Grantee has proposed to Grantor three (3) options for construction of a <br /> limited Institutional Nefinrork (I-Net) between designated City buildings. Cost <br /> estimates for each option are included in this Exhibit. <br /> 2. OPTION SELECTION <br /> Grantor shall have ninety (90) days from the effective date of this <br /> Agreement to select any of the three (3) I-Net options. Within thirty (30) days <br /> after Grantor's selection, Grantor and Grantee shall negotiate in good faith an I- <br /> Net agreement defining the specific terms and conditions under which <br /> construction of the I-Net will be implemented. <br />
