The report found that the building is eligible for listing on the California Register of <br /> Historical Resources under Criterion 1 for its association with World War II living memorials, <br /> and Criterion 3,for being designed by master architect Birge Clark as a unique and yet a good <br /> example of his work. <br /> The peer review will focus on the evidence and analysis that lead to these conclusions.
