REP 0 R T TO THE HONORABLE <br /> MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br /> FROM THE CITY MANAGER <br /> November 16, 1979 <br /> PROPOSED AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS <br /> RE: REDWOOD SHORES WATER TRANSMISSION MAIN <br /> Attached is a proposed agreement with the City of San Carlos <br /> which describes the terms and conditions by which the Redwood <br /> Shores water transmission main may be constructed within <br /> designated public rights-of-way through the City of San Carlos <br /> to Redwood Shores. <br /> These terms and conditions, and the routing, appear to be <br /> satisfactory to the City of San Carlos staff and the agreement <br /> should be presented to the San Carlos City Council on November 26. <br /> It is recommended that authorization be granted to execute the <br /> subject agreement. <br /> M.
