(a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage of insurance before the expiration of 30 days after City shall have received notification thereof by first class mail from the insurance carrier; (b) Naming the City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents, employees and volunteers as additional insureds; (c) Providing standard cross liability provisions; (d) Stating that the insurance afforded thereby to City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents and employees shall be primary insurance to the full limits of the liability of the policy, and that if City, its, Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents and employees have other insurance against a loss covered by such a policy, such other insurance shall be excess insurance only. 7. Abandonment. In the event that Permittee abandons or fails to use the Signs, neglects, or refuses to maintain the Signs or the entire encroachment area in a clean and good working condition, or to comply with any of the conditions herein contained, or in the event that this permission shall be revoked, then all rights of Permittee hereunder shall forthwith cease and terminate. 8. Relocate. At the request of the City, Permittee shall realign or relocate the Signs and associated components at Permittee's expense, if the City so requires. Permittee shall relocate the Signs and associated components within forty-five (45) days of a notice from the City to Permittee, and delivered to the address above. 9. Notice. If any notice given pursuant to this Permit is not personally delivered to Permittee, said notice shall be deemed to be delivered five (5) days after deposit of said notice in a sealed envelope, postage fully prepaid, in a mailing facility regularly maintained by the U.S.P.S., addressed to Permittee as follows: S:ATfY/PERMIT2015.001/REVOCABLE REDWOOD SHORES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION REV:0410-15 PT Page 5 of 9
